Reservation Policy

Reservation and Cancelations

The Belfry is a reservation-driven restaurant. We do welcome walk-in guests and will accommodate as many as possible. Reservations are accepted by phone only. 802-326-4400. Please clearly state name, the number of guests in party, date requested and telephone number. We will call you back to confirm.

For all reservations, if you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you and your party. Given the limited seating of the restaurant, fifteen minutes late with no contact will void your reservation. Also, due to our limited space and demand, a “No call” and/or “No show” will result in a $20 per person charge.

Reservation Policy

Any reservation may be required to leave credit card details to secure reservation. The card will be verified for the amount of $20 per person, but nothing will be charged unless the cancelation policy has been breached.

Cancelation Policy

A large party reservation (6 or more) may be canceled up to 4pm on the day. If the cancelation policy is breached, we will charge the card provided to secure the booking $20 per person on the reservation. Our ability to increase the number of diners in a party is very limited. Please assume that if your reservation is at 8 pm or earlier, we have booked a table to follow on.
